William joined the PDA team in 2015 and now has over 19 years of professional experience in Architecture. He has honed his design and planning skillset through his work on a wide array of project types including aviation, commercial, office, education, retail, religious, public works, mixed use, and healthcare, William successfully completed his registration exams and is now a licensed architect in the State of California.

The VALBHS Master Plan Site/Space Utilization Study is a multi-phased planning study to identify revitalization and improvement efforts to the Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System campus.
PDA has recently completed the remodel of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center’s outpatient Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Departments at their Mark Goodson Medical Office Building (MGB) in the heart of the Beverly Grove district in Los Angeles. With the goal of creating an improved care environment, PDA worked closely with Cedars’ staff, stakeholders and consultants to deliver improved clinical function while accommodating increased patient load in compliance with OSHPD 3 regulations.
PDA’s Design Lab 360 is a monthly forum where our staff engages in roundtable discussions, charrettes and brainstorming sessions related to the healthcare industry and our in-house architectural projects. Open to all staff to participate as a part of the Design Team, the platform creates opportunity to push ideas further, explore lessons learned, healthcare design trends, programming methodologies, project delivery, 3D modeling tips and emerging technologies.
PDA’s architectural staff recently toured the near complete Rancho Mirage Rehabilitation Hospital for Vibra Healthcare. The ground-up project is slated to open early next year and will bring much needed post procedure and acute care services to the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas.
