Jose Larco has more than 13 years of experience in architecture and construction administration. At PDA he serves as a Project Manager with a focus on construction documents, OSHPD permit and construction administration. He is currently overseeing several projects for the firm including OSHPD certification and seismic bracing projects for various hospitals in Southern California. Additionally, he is conducting construction administration and architectural oversight for various replacement projects in both Acute Care Facilities and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Mr. Larco brings a strong portfolio in ambulatory surgery centers, senior housing facilities, multi-family housing and tenant improvement projects and has extensive knowledge in ADA requirements, as well as state and local permit processes. His work at PDA demonstrates his strong attention to detail, as he partners with the firm’s clients to achieve the best possible project within the client’s budget and expectations.
