PDA's Newest Licensed Architect, Peggy Pailian!
PDA is thrilled to congratulate Peggy Pailian on the completion of her registration exams and new status as a licensed architect in the State of California.
Peggy brings over 18 years of professional experience and talent to PDA’s clients. As a key member of the team, she recently completed the remodel of the inpatient rehabilitation unit at Methodist Hospital of Southern California’s, the donor-funded Briskin Executive Conference Suite at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, the design of a Medical Office Building at Rancho Mirage and the Master Planning and design of a Boutique Hospital at Miracle Mile Medical Center.
In Addition to Healthcare, Peggy’s experience extends to a broad range of project types, including multi-family housing, retail, office, and educational. She has worked on a series of complex entitlement projects within the City of Los Angles involving urban design, massing, open space studies, and 3rd party advertising. Since joining PDA in 2012, she has used her experience, her strong design skills and her attention to detail to delivering successful resolutions on her projects. Her expertise and dedication allows her to work closely with junior staff in furthering their understanding of architecture, buildings and design.
Peggy holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California.
On her time away for the office, Peggy enjoys Armenian Folk dancing, yoga and hiking the mountains of Southern California.
