Senior Project Architect
Peter Schubin, a licensed architect in the state of California, brings over 26 years of project experience in healthcare, assisted living, skilled nursing and educational facilities to every project he manages in his role as Project Manager at PDA. He is both a sensitive designer and a consummate project manager, balancing technical and creative tasks in equal measure. Peter has the extensive experience required for large scale building projectswith examples including San Francisco Towers, a multi-tower Life Care Retirement Facility, the Sontag Dormitory at Harvey Mudd College, and an ongoing, multi-phased renovation of existing nursing floors at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
Peter is a seasoned architect who has expertise in all facets of project development and coordination. He supervises the daily activities of project teams and is known for his responsiveness and attention to detail. He supervises the daily activities of various project teams, and finds himself equally at home navigating design, programming, document preparation, municipal bureaucracies and construction meetings.
In addition to his role for PDA, Peter is highly involved in his community as a Board Director for the Lycee’ International de Los Angeles where his architectural expertise has been invaluable to the development of a new multi-million dollar secondary school campus for the organization.
