The new medical campus development is comprised of three medical office buildings that will service the Alhambra community. These buildings include a two-story, 11,200 square foot commons building, a one-story, 12,490 square foot building and a two-story, 18,000 square foot building all with a 35-foot structural grid to accommodate medical use.

To help combat homelessness, Union Rescue Mission’s planned three-story, 74,866 square-foot facility located in South Los Angeles, will feature 86 residences for women and children in need of housing and support. The new project will offer include a multitude of spaces designed for solace, support, individual growth and engagement for up to 340 women and their children.
This past May, I had the opportunity to attend the LeadingAge CA 2019 Annual Conference in Monterey. This was a great opportunity to engage with leaders and experts in the senior care field. I was blown away to learn about the many forces affecting senior care today and how they may impact those approaching retirement age over the next ten to twenty years. Vibra Healthcare held a grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration on February 12th in honor of its new freestanding, inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital designed by Puchlik Design Associates (PDA). The first of its kind in the Coachella Valley, the rehabilitation hospital is located on the corner of Ramon and Duvall in Rancho Mirage, California and has 50 private patient rooms including two bariatric isolation rooms with dialysis and advanced rehabilitation technology.
Passing the Architect Registration Examination and the California’s Supplemental Examination is no easy task. It shows skill, dedication to high standards in professional practice and commitment to the design of healthy and safe environments.
